Liz Linden is collaborating with Elizabeth Milbank.
Liz Linden was born in 1980 in Seattle, Washington. She received her BA from Yale University in 2002 and completed the Whitney Independent Study Program in 2009.
Selected recent and upcoming solo exhibitions include Making Ourselves Visible with Jen Kennedy at The Brooklyn Museum, Centerfolds at ARTSPACE in New Haven, and PAWNSHOP with Julieta Aranda and Anton Vidokle at e-flux in New York. Her work has been exhibited internationally at FRAC Ile-de-France/Le Plateau in Paris and Stenersenmuseet in Oslo, and in numerous public and private institutions in New York City including The Whitney Museum, Art In General, DISPATCH, Cabinet and Ludlow 38. Her writing and projects have been published in Visionaire 53, Pidgin, Alphabet Prime, and Troublemakers: First Issues.
In addition to her solo practice, since 2008 Linden has been engaged in an ongoing collaborative project with writer Jen Kennedy, focusing on public explorations of contemporary feminist practices.
